Hotel Heera Executive

I booked this property for my sister's wedding, including the banquet hall, 25 rooms, and the lawn. Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. The manager, Sandip, was rude and arrogant. He changed the rates that were already agreed upon and denied earlier agreements. The banquet hall was filthy even during the functions, and had to make multiple requests to clean the hall. The toilets were disgusting with stains even on the doors. Several ACs were not working. After paying a large amount of money, we expected professional service, but it was a huge disappointment. Even check-in was chaotic due to the manager's behavior.

Wonderful stay at the hotel. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Service is very good. The staff is friendly. Food here is also good.

Do not book this property for weddings, receptions, or parties. Very poor service. Manager is rude and uncooperative. ACs don't work

We went for business meeting. Hall was good , everything was good about meeting hall except washrooms.

What impressed me the most about my stay, besides the excellent overall experience, was the availability of the restaurant even when we checked in during odd hours. The location is superb, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. While parking can be a bit tricky, the owner and staff were very helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth experience.

Never book this place for any celebration. Horrible service, mismanaged staff, and ACs are a joke
