Hotel Ganpati Palace

The hotel is might ok but the staff of the handling client is very rude language. And don't know how to talk with customer. Also the service of this hotel is worst. Don't choose this hotel for stay, better to option another.

Hotel room no 112 is very small. It is not suitable for family. Single person stay is ok. Toilet is not cleaned. I have booked thru make my trip. Garage is in ground floor and hence lot of noise.

My spouse and 10 year old son had a day's stay at Ganpati Palace. Room rent was Rs. 1800/- per day. Stay was pathetic due to callous attitude of the staff towards customers, lift was not working and room was allotted on third floor, no drinking water in room and bath towels were made available on demand. In addition to it, no restaurant and food facilities in hotel. We would never date to think of Ganpati Palace Hotel for stay again.

Toilets are dirty. Lift was not working and you can imagine we being on 3 rd floor with all luggage

No Laundry No Backup Power Supply No CCTV Security No Safety No Hot Water for 24hrs. No TV No Wi-Fi No Room Service No Intercom Facility

Nice palace to stay in Nandurbar

Hotel is decent at budgeted rate but not recommended for family's. Ladies are recommended to avoid these hotel.

Not cooperative at all. Even on check out you yourself have to carry your baggage .No hotel staff is ready.Poor facilities.Even No star hotel.
