Nice and Budget hotel in Nanded. Location is great, walking distance from Bus Stand and Railway station. Cleanliness is maintained, staff is cooperative and polite. Overall a good place in Nanded.

Although this hotel is located at a crowd-attentive location.. Services provided by them lack a lot. For example, the staff clearly refused to provide hot water for bath. For Example, staff refused to provide extra bedding at first and then agreed at charges even 4/5 star hotel would be ashamed of. Not more than single star services.

Good location, value for money, clean hygenic and spacious rooms

Overall Good hotel. Rooms are without balcony.

When Sikhism religious program is there I'm telling you won't get a single room but this hotel having huge capacity only this hotel is helpful if big ocassion is going there then make booking one month before of arrival time

The room is average but there is no available meal service

Whoever is planning to check in to this hotel to clearly understand that me and my colleagues/friends went to Uma executive hotel and since we keep traveling for official purpose. They booked a room. Though it's a very aristocrat hotel, the behavior of hotel receptionist, staff are incredibly terrible. When we protested, they arrogantly misbehaved with us and told to check out from there. I wont go into what else happened but something terrible that has never happened to any of us before, and a total disrespect to us as a guest. I raised a complained to my office, then same day-same time they shifted us to another hotel. Don't book this hotel in future, they are cheaters.
