Hotel Soham

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. Despite paying for an extra bed, I was not provided with one. I called multiple times to request a refund for the extra bed, but there was no response from the hotel staff. The reception staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. It seemed like they just put anyone there who had no information about the hotel or its services. The bathroom door in my room didn't have a lock, which was very inconvenient, and most of the electrical sockets didn't work. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have booked the hotel through make my trip. The rooms were good. But the service is poor enough. I have come with family in the night 11pm and they have not even responded to take my luggage in the reception desk said that the person is on leave. The reception desk people is so much negligent that they even not respect the customers. I suggest the hotel management to look into the reception desk people to properly do the service to the customers otherwise it will have degrading effect on the hotel even though the hotel rooms are good.

Worst experience, intercom facility not available , complementary water bottles are not given unless asked, number of lizards and ants inside the room, room door not get locked from inside,I have to just push the door and put the tipoy as a temporary obstacles from inside through the night.It is impossible for any lady guest to stay without internal lock. TV out of order,no battery back up for the room.Smell of pigeon urine and it's Bio waste spread in the room when you start AC which is hazardous to the health. Advise....don't take the risk of staying in Hotel Soham Malegaon road, Taroda,Nanded Maharashtra.

Worst experience please don't Go , in reception desk there is mister pawar without updating you he charge me extra prices unnecessary he charge me extra 1000 ruppes at last he make excuses like sir you have to pay , very weird experience

I hope Google had 0 star Extremely poor service, we had to wait for 45 mins just to hear rooms are not available. Very poor management, keys are never in place. So much attitude as if you are a manager of Taj Hotel. Not recommended. Parking is limited, I saw people spitting on car. Which is ridiculous.

The worst experience I have got in this hotel. I had informed the staff one day before my arrival that I will be coming the next day at around 9 am. Please keep my room ready. They still did not keep the room ready. Instead they made me wait for an hour. Then when I ordered breakfast and water. I had to wait for another one hour for the same. And when the breakfast did come, it was only half of what I had ordered. And then the other half did not come ever. The staff here is very ignorant and is pathetic. Please don't book this hotel.

You will not find anyone as soon as you enter this hotel, after calling you may get a reply after a long time, and after that the owner or caretaker of the hotel will talk nonsense to you under the influence of alcohol at 11-12 in the night, then it is difficult to stay at such a place. Poor, 3rd class, pathetic
