Hotel Grand Maratha

Balwant is good at his service. Tea and breakfast is also good. But the cleanliness of bucket , mug and toilet are not good. stains are there over toilet sit. Conveyed to management and then they cleaned up.

Worst experience, No parking.Convience and assure no harm for parking car infront of hotel, Got complete scratches to my car. Room are dirty with bedsheets not changed. Complete function got delayed because of power backup issue.

1.Bath room shaver handle was loose and coming out while using. When reported the issue we were told that we need to manage to use as it is as plumber was not available to fix it. 2. Towel was wet , looks like the used towel was folded and kept, when reported it was replaced. 3. Most of the times lift was not working.

The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. The Large Room makes movement within the room very comfortable. The room was well "The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions"

Good Atmosphere.. having a swimming pool on top and feel nice... food is also good

Horrible experience, dated & filthy room. No food available, worst possible toilet that I've seen (and unfortunately experienced) in my entire life.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed on a business trip.The rooms given had no hot water.so they changed the rooms .Same story in another room, used towels were given, no shower gel or moisturizer.Breakfast was just poha, it's a pure veg hotel,Fare is equivalent to a 4 star property and services are of a.lodge.
