My stay had its highs and lows. The parking situation is a major drawback--it's confusing to locate and feels congested, creating a frustrating start. The lack of assistance with luggage, both at check-in and check-out, was disappointing, as staff didn't offer to help, leaving guests to manage on their own. The room size was another letdown, feeling cramped and underwhelming. However, the rooftop restaurant was a standout, offering delicious food that was a definite highlight. While the dining experience shines, the hotel needs to improve its parking, luggage service, and room spaciousness to elevate the overall stay.

For a 4 star hotel in the middle of nowhere it was good. The restaurant was good but not great and I wish they had more and better continental options. The rooms were mostly clean, however the staff would leave dirty food in the hallways which was disgusting and meant the hallways smelt of the dirty food when you left your room. Finally they have smart TVs but refuse to provide wifi to the TV, meaning you were forced to use your data to watch on the TV. Overall it is definitely the best hotel in Nanded but I wish they would improve their menu and would keep dirty plates in the sink, not in the hallways.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were modern and clean. Bring earplugs as you can hear the road noise from the room, and the doors have no seals so you can hear everything in the corridor. This hotel is new and there are some things the hotel is still learning. Like dealing with early morning breakfast requests. We left one morning with nothing, despite being told it shouldn't be a problem. Also, this hotel does not accept international cards so bring cash if you're a traveller.

Overall a satisfactory experience. Not that great. Staff needs a lot of training and professional + assistive behaviour. Rooms are not well lit and smaller in size. Cleanliness is good. Rooftop restaurant gives really good vibes but food served was ok ok. Not great. Also, don't take their room with dinner package. Breakfast spread was really good and make to order omlette was excellent.

The room was good and cosy. It has basic amenities that are required in the room.||Food is also good. I was served by Asif and Tushar. The staff here is friendly and approachable.||Housekeeping is good and a call away. At times they miss but that's adjustable.

I just want to recognize Mr Atif , he is a valuable asset to your business. He turned our first day experience which was not so good to an excellent stay . He is amazing , friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our stay and having him service us . Thank you Atif

Excellent, courteous service, very clean rooms and the entire property, delectable food and pleasing ambience... What more would any traveller not just need, but want?|And as a bonus, the rates are very reasonable. Will not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
