OYO 45331 Hotel Sant Kripa

Very bad customer service. When i go to reception they said there is no room for couples without asking my id or marraige proof. Room was really dirty. There is too much mosquitoes inside the room. There was no power and water supply at night till morning. Please don't go for it

Third class service. They don't have soap for bath. How disgusting it is. Don't waste your money. Choose some other hotel. Very very poor quality rooms. There is no cleanness. Very dirty rooms

They don't have good staff, they sleep all the time. They don't give GST bill. They don't pay taxes I think. They have a big name board in the name of OYO but they don't come under oyo,if you check it you will know it

Can be kept more hygienic. Water flows out of the basin outside toilet which invited fleas and mosquitoes inside room. Everything else was better.

Very near to Gurudwara,Rate Is quit high according to Quality. Cleaning average.

Neat and clean family hotel. No restaurant nearby. Spacious room. Toilet not well maintained. Good service.

They don't have extra blanket They don't provide mineral water You can't change fan speed AC remote also don't work They don't even know what is hygiene

Not suitable to stay in Pandemic as don't have any proper service and Hygiene.. Staff is arogant and ask for 800/- for Early check in
