WORST staff ever, they dont know how to talk with their guest. There is NO room service given from them to guest. Rooms are very dirty, there are cockroaches dancing all around the room and bathroom. If we ask them to change the bedsheets they give excuses for no maid availability to clean the room. Telephone room service does not work. I would not suggest anyone to stay at this place, all over I dont even feel like to rate 1 for this hotel!!! Im still feeling that cockroaches are dancing on my head!!

The hotel is ok ok .... we booked two rooms one room is absolutely good ( but the tv and landline are not working) ..and the other room is very bad.....smelly, .. washroom is not in condition that we do something there... toilet don't have flush.....also tv not working in condition......And the rate is high..

Dirtiest Hotel ever visited in life with live cockroaches in rooms we booked 5 rooms which had no maintainance no proper room service no proper internet no proper housekeeping intercoms not working AC remotes not working and forget cleanliness...Real Bad Experience.

It was my terrified experience for my life so far. Rates are 2000 but service is not better that lower class doormatery. Not any staff available for customer service. Bedsheets and pellowcovers was dirty as they didnt changed..

I was transiting solo through Nanded (coming by connecting busses from Nagpur) and needed a place to stay for a couple of hours next to the bus stand. Found this place and took a third floor room, was the second cheapest category room. The room was well furnished, the bathroom was very modern and good. The room had a window but the neighboring building was about two feet from the window and so not much of a view. The AC worked well. I was checking in at 10.45 pm, they advised that I order food quickly as the restaurant was closing. I did so and the food was served in my room in about 20 minutes. Good quality food and service. The room was maybe a little overpriced for a town of this size but my overall experience was more than satisfactory. I was well rested the next morning for a long journey to Pune that lay ahead.

This is my 3rd visit to the hotel in the holy city of Hazur Sahib Guru Gobind Singhji Maharaj. ||||The earlier 2 stays were not bad as the hotel had been newly renovated.||This trip with my Kids in June, the room was terribly dirty and untidy. The rooms and Bathrooms are badly lit, Ac does not cool.||After complaining to the owner myself, nothing was done. ||The owners need to be serious about hospitality business. Service, Hygiene, Cleanliness are of utmost importance.

One of the third class service of this hotel, zero cooperation from the staff, suggest you don't even go there they charges more and sever less is there moto.
