Previously Icon was providing best service but now quality of service is decreased.. 1.Rooms environment is not fresh. 2. TVs doesn't work for all rooms. 3. ACs are not working. 4. Bed cover is not washed properly. 5. No Towels and soaps shampoo are available in rooms. Overall rent price are increased but service got decreased.. Few fresh and clean rooms better than Icon 1.Hotel Tandori Nights 2. Florence Hotel.

Many of facilities that mentioned on Goibibo is missing, cleaning is issued, no proper kitchen, on Goibibo mentioned 24 hours, internet and tv was not working, electric water kattle was not there.

Room line. Was not clean, instead of asking bedsheet was not changed. Hotel doesn't have parking facilities as mentioned over portal. Washroom was not clean, had strains on floor and walls. Staff behaviour is Good

The hotel rooms are good and the condition is also good. The staff is humble. The only concern is the ventilation. For the ventilation no windows. You have to depend on ac. Room prices range from 1200-1600. Food is not available.

I went to check-in at around 3:00 am in the night and was asked to pay 300 extra charge for a very odd reason. On asking why they were charging this amount, the receptionist told me it was because of check-in outside their time frame . Despite informing the staff beforehand about my arrival, they were charging extra which I found completely unreasonable since hotels are a 24x7 service. After having an argument with the receptionist I decided to leave the place and stay elsewhere. I had such a bad experience and would recommend that you choose a different lodge than this particular place.

The food and service is too good but the location where the hotel is will have no proper parking or entry. It's just next to the railway crossover bridge. The market is nearby. Rooms aren't spacious and not maintained as well. Food and service is the only best thing here. Food is good and budget friendly.

Last minute booking for a night halt. Took half an hour to locate it and the receptionist wasn't very helpful either with the directions. Once we found it, couldn't believe the entrance to the property. There is no parking available nor a lift. The service though, excellent and the employees were very helpful. Partly makes up for the drawbacks. Best if you are travelling there by train and travelling alone.

Entry of the hotel from beside the over bridge and quite dirty. The service and behaviour of the staff is good. Though it's a bit costly due to the non availability of oyo and fab hotels .
