Hotel Grand Tulsi

don't usually write reviews, but this experience was so upsetting, I feel people need to know. It's incredibly disheartening that in this day and age, a restaurant would value appearances over people. I came in for good food and a nice evening, not to be silently scrutinized like I was beneath them. No matter how good the food might be (and honestly, it was average at best), the snobbish attitude completely ruined the experience. The manager gave us a seating spot directly in front of the AC--blasting cold air right at us. When I politely asked to change the seat, he coldly responded that we'd have to wait 15 minutes, despite the fact that there were plenty of empty tables around. It felt like they were punishing us just because of how we were dressed. One bald guy on the staff stood out for being especially rude. He didn't smile, didn't greet us, and looked at us like we were doing them a favor by even being there. I'm a doctor, and while I don't flaunt that or expect special treatment, being judged and treated poorly just because of my attire is unacceptable. There are so many restaurants out there where respect and hospitality still mean something. Sadly, this is not one of them. Won't be going back--and wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values being treated like a human being.

We took 2 big rooms for a family with 2 king size beds in each room. Service is very good. Breakfast is also good. There was an insect in my idli though and cutting 2 starts for that. But overall it was a good experience. Parking is a problem here. Checkin, checkout was quick. Rooms and toilets were clean, beds were also cosy and clean.

It was nice experience for me and my family the food was delicious the ambience was very good.

Our wedding at Tulsi Comfort was nothing short of magical. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. The food was a major highlight. Our guests were raving about the quality and taste of the food. The coordination and planning process was seamless, thanks to the dedicated event planners. They were patient, helpful, and always available to answer our questions. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our special day. We highly recommend Tulsi Comfort to anyone looking for a perfect wedding or event venue.

- Rooms of good size and they are reasonably clean ( But Bath Towels are with stains) - Restaurant - Service of Restaurant staff is very Bad and it looks like they have hired untrained staff. Quality of complimentary Breakfast was below average ( item served as Sambar is like a Kurma ). Best way to take food in nearby joints - Parking Facility is good and they also provide Bed for Driver - Owner should engage Professional & Trained Team to improve the service quality

I visited to attend a marriage at Grand Tulsi Hotel. The arrangements are excellent. Hotel was very neat in condition, and I didn't found a bit of dust. Entry service is so good. Employees are giving very Good response and a kind respect.

Had an amazing experience at Grand Tulsi, thanks to Tapan! His service was exceptional--attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality, and he made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend the place and Tapan's outstanding service!
