Hotel City Symphony

I recently visited this hotel to book a banquet hall for our farewell program. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with a staff member named Amarpal Singh Pannu. During the price negotiation, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of discussing the rates politely, he sarcastically said, "In that price, I will give you chole bhature and jamun is free from my side." This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional, especially when dealing with customers. I expected a much more respectful and courteous approach. Overall, the experience was very unpleasant, and I would not recommend dealing with him.

We had good experience. Nice location Nice food. Good service by Dinesh Kadam. We opted for suite room, got at best rate

Worst Experience Ever - Avoid at All Costs! I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was absolutely terrible. The room was FILTHY. Dust covered every surface as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. The bedsheets and pillow covers were stained and looked like they hadn't been washed at all. One staff seem to care when I raised the issue and offered to change the pillow covers. It's clear this place doesn't prioritize hygiene or guest comfort. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness, but this hotel failed miserably. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had!

Worst experience ever had. Manager of banquet hall ( Amarpal singh pannu) is the worst , only talks about money and the service is worst . Adds extra money for small things and didn't even mention about it . Don't visit it.

Very nice hotel, when you see at premium level hotel at nanded. We done big luxury program at this hotel. Other options is available vits hotel and other some hotel but they some restrictions just likes drinks, nonveg but here allows as per our plan.

Very dirty room and unkept toilets, the floor was so dirty, the only good part of the stay was the breakfast which had a lot of varieties and was tasty too

We stayed on 27/11/2024 , The Rooms were not clean , service provided was not up to the mark , In winter every one wants hot water and it was missing from the hotel . as per price the hotel is not at all suitable with the price range or the services. not at all coming or booking the hotel again .

Good place to stay with power backup. Clean room and good room service. Great location. The in-house kitchen is good and tasty food with good quantity. Complimentary breakfast also included which gives variety to choose. A little bit expensive but overall a good place to stay.
