Closer to highway. Excellent services. Affordable price

Very poor service. Staff totally untrained. Room are unclean not at all matching cleanliness shown in online photos. Even the manager accepts that the ad photos are edited. One room there was no electricity due to phase out. Not at all worth Rs 2.6k spent. I don't know how it got good reviews but please do not come to this hotel if you have decent budget. Rooms are ill- constructed. Door is getting stuck to bed while opening. This OYO property is worth to give a pass.

Owner and staffs are good, very much helpful. Rooms should be upgraded and they should maintain more hygiene and cleanliness in washroom. In between there was a issue of power cut. Please keep backup.

Small hotel cum lodge in nanded near kautha... confirm your booking and phone no before going there..try to check in before 10 or 11 pm ..after that nobody bothers to respond your call or query Visited for a stay ..called multiple times on provided no ..no body responded ...biggest problem ...to find the entrance of the hotel ...that too was locked ...waited for nearly 1 jhr but in vain

Can't give zero star to this place becoz it is not at all a hotel. There is no inverter so within 1 hr of check-in there was no electricity upto check -in. If u want paid torture then you come and stay here rooms are dirty bathroom is very unclean staff is uncooperative overall very very bad experience don't waste your money

Staff is very good also room was very clean. Washroom also good. Geyser is there for hot water. A/C is there. TV is there also. Overall it's very good place . Thank you Konark Executive!
