After all the bad reviews I read before coming to the hotel, I must say that they are all wrong. I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel, right from Mr. Chandan the Front office Manager who willingly changed my room to the waiter Mr. Devlal who have provided me with excellent service. Even the location is really good. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience.

I regularly visit nagpur and Hotel Orient is always my first option due to its front office staff. Always supportive. Recent visit Mr. Chandan front office manager was supporting in providing best room during my stay. Hotel is Located at prime location with easy access to main places of nagpur.

I think everything is good about this hotel but i am very surprised that they have built this hotel so well but why it is not in a good condition. Why everything is so dirty. I am also impressed with the fact that they have kept specially abled people here for service, which is actually good but why the hotel is so dirty. If they actually clean the hotel and maintain it, it can be a 4 star category hotel and the property can charge a premium

1. Dirty bed, not clean much 2. Staff behavior was not good. 3. 0 hospitality 4. Breakfast out of 10, 4 I will rate. 5. We couldn't sleep whole night as some staff room was near by and they were shouting. 6. A lot of mosquitos , so we could not sleep as well. 7. I had paid some 3700+ but it's worst experience. Make my trip should take some action against such vendor. Otherwise the trust on mmt will definitely go down

Services at place are good, house keeping staff is good-cooperative and to be specific Mohammad Nawaz - House Keeping Manager is very punctual, polite and understanding.

I had such a lovely time at my sister's wedding reception! The staff were incredibly helpful with everything, and I really appreciated their kindness. They made the day even more special!
