If you are a corporate employee do not visit this hotel, they even do not have a comman sense how to talk, I realy had a very bad experience. 1. They ask advance payment. 2. They do not have kitchen even they do not provide tea coffee breakfast. 3. They do not have a sense how to talk with customer. 4. They do not provide bill on time. I have a GST bill with me and you take advance payments before check-in so how could I not paid the payments. Do not blame without having any proof I have GST bill with me.

One of the cleanest and bestest hotels in Nagpur . Trust me their service is too good u will get room service within 5-10 mins. I have stayed there for 5 nights and booked 2 rooms and i am very happy and satisfied about their service. Rooms are exactly the same as shown in the picture. pathetic Experience thought the rooms was good but they carge soo much for even 5hrs they charge 1800/-. And to gain popularity they show on reels that their tarrif starts from 1299/- which is totally a lie. Everytime you vista you will Get different prices and higher only than the previous one. It a fake thing.

Excellent service provided by Sh.Kaushik and Sh.Yogesh and room attendant babu. They are gentle and helpful during my visit in Nagpur. Only problem is kichen for that I have to visit other place.

The staff was great. The receptionist were very helpful and answered all our question and staff are very polite and very supporting and cleaning are also proper neet and clean I loved everything, I highly recommend this hotel
