Urban Hermitage

Average Hotel. I have seen this hotel for the last 11-12 years. Year on year the condition, service, room conditions are deprived. Earlier it was like a good ambiance, the hotel was new so people were very cooperative . The service was fast and the food was good. Now other than roof top restaurant ambiance every aspect is average or below average. Tv, ac not working properly. Housekeeping responses very late or no response

Urban Hermitage is a decent Hotel in Nagpur. It's located quite close to the Nagpur Airport and is in close proximity to Metro station too. When we visited, renovation work was going on in the roof top restaurant, which was a dampener. Food was fine but extremely spicy. Service was decent. Rooms are not very large but is clean and well maintained. If you are in Nagpur and looking for a decent hotel, you can go for this.

I stayed in Urban Hermitage Room 305 during 07-01-2025 to 11-01-2025 for Rs. 4,400 + GST per day with lots of disappointment. Overall service was very worst and the only reason to stay there is it's location and unavailability of room in other hotel. I was shifted there from other hotel on 07-01-2025 and requested them to send a cab to pick up but they failed to provide it even after confirming via call and the driver was very very rude to whom I called as they provided his contact number. The Geyser was not working in first 2 days even after so many follow up and then got hot water in a small bucket after many request on 2nd day and had to manage with that where not get any hot water on 1st day of stay. And the quality of bath water was very hard and it had impacted my hair condition for which it took 3 days treatment to make it normal after returning home. Staffs were politely ignoring their duty blaming other Staffs for not providing service. I had to request everyday to them over call to clean the room as because no one came by their own. Food was also very disappointing as compared to their price where complimentary breakfast was worst and their staff behaviour during breakfast was very rude as if they are running Langar for free. Suggesting not to stay there until you have no other options to stay in nagpur.

Great stay, better since their hot water management system was over hauled. Breakfast was decent. Overall a good place for a quick business or transit stay

The hotel is near the airport, rooms are good and cozy but you need to be very instructive about hygiene. Bathrooms are neat, it has good furniture. Peaceful location and ambience. Food is the worst part. Their breakfast in the morning is really pathetic. People are good and supportive staff.

I stayed in this property from 26 to 30 Nov for work and it was a disaster staying here , in this cold weather their hot water gyser wasn't working n they provided hot water in bucket everyday for bath secondly this property has hard water by which my hair became like a broom it took next 6 hair washes to get back to normal . I had booked single occupancy but they provided me room wz two separate beds inspite of requesting multiple times they didn't change .food was also very average , never again will stay or recommend. As this was the most uncomfortable stay I ever had in my life .

The hotel is situated in a prime location, conveniently close to Nagpur Airport, with Nagpur station just 8 km away. Local autos and cabs are easily accessible from the hotel, making travel hassle-free. I stayed in room 302, which was decent, but the AC lacked proper cooling, making the stay a bit uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast was quite underwhelming, offering little in terms of quality or variety. Overall, this hotel is worth considering only for its premium location, but don't expect much in terms of room amenities or dining quality.
