Uptown Hotel

The location and the hotel staff is great ! But the room was not good in terms of toilet rest the room was good and comfortable. The hotel is currently under renovation so may the thing get better.

Great location, but rooms are conjusted. No windows. Good for one night transit stay for solo travellers.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. In my opinion, it is the best hotel in Nagpur. I stayed for eight days, and the service was extraordinary. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel rooms were well-maintained and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for the best accommodation in Nagpur.

Rating the hotel on based on personal experience of my guests during their stay from 28th Feb 2025 to 2nd March 2025. (Booked 5 rooms for 10 ppl) Pros: Good location, clean rooms, parking was spacious. Outside food was allowed. Why I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR GUESTS. Reception was unresponsive. Despite multiple calls for basic amenities like drinking water, they used to assure that they are sending it in 10 mins but they didn't provide it at all. Even after going down to the reception, they gave 2 bottles and assured that rest would be sent, however nothing was provided throughout the night. For refreshments: They took orders for tea/ coffee which came after an hour.

Great location, good property at Sadar, nice service and reasonably priced. However make sure you check the entire room as few rooms have conjusted bathrooms and some water seepage on walls. Biggest turnoff is no windows in most of the 3rd floor rooms.

I recently stayed at the Uptown Hotel in Nagpur and was quite disappointed with my experience. The rooms were unclean, which made the stay uncomfortable right from the start. The washroom design was poorly thought out, adding to the inconvenience. On top of that, the overall layout of the room felt extremely claustrophobic, making it hard to relax. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, design, and overall guest comfort.

The location is good but the rooms are unclean and very small. The service is very slow. Moreover, they do not have in-room dining option hence one must rely on Zomato and Swiggy. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wud rate this place a zero Not worth the money Had a bad experience, the place was unhygienic, the room was damp, the service is poor! When I visit I got a pathetic room and then we asked them for some other room they gave other option which again not that good. Never gonna visit again Pls don't go on photos which are on google the actual place is bad.
