Horrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel at All Costs Our stay at this hotel was beyond disappointing. We booked and fully paid online for two club superior rooms, yet upon arrival, the staff informed us that one of our rooms had been given to someone else. This is unacceptable and shows a severe lack of professionalism and organization. As compensation, they offered us a suite and tried to force four people into a single suite, which was ridiculous given it was their mistake, not ours. After we refused, they eventually provided us with two rooms, but the condition of these rooms was appalling. Cleanliness was non-existent: There was an old piece of bread under the bed, and the fridge was covered in fungus. The rooms were filthy: Dust, grime, and dirt were everywhere, making the entire experience uncomfortable and unhygienic. Poorly maintained property: It's evident the hotel management doesn't care about upkeep or guest satisfaction. This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. Unless the management steps up and addresses these issues, this place should seriously consider shutting down. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

This has got to be the worst hotel in Nagpur! Even a slum in Dharavi would be better than this. The basin tap in the hotel is giving electric shocks , and the staff at the reception don't communicate properly. I sat down at 7 AM, yet they don't even serve plain water.

Worst experience ever had in life. Cockroaches roming on food, fungus in fridge provided in room, no cleaniness. It's better to sleep on railway platform rather thn to wasting money here.

Terrible experience! The rooms were dirty, and there were cockroaches crawling around. I was really uncomfortable staying here. This hotel needs a complete overhaul of its cleaning standards.

Rooms are Spacious, and the location is prime . But the mattress in bed was very poor and I did not sleep comfortably, causing the back pain , I stayed in many hotels but this was the worst mattress ever .. And in the night the cats are giving big noise at the corridor of the rooms , which may be strange for any kids or ladies .
