Treebo Premium The Memoir

Booked premium room in this treebo hotel. People are very nice here. Big room with bathroom. Bathroom is not that impressive shower area should be enclosed. One big hall with dinning seating is provided which can be shared with other guests. Good idea. Had to deal with mosquitoes. But according to treebo hotels this is a very good property in a nice residential area. Breakfast is too good.

Stay was very good. Staff behaviour was polite and service is extraordinary. I recommend anyone can have their stay. A small water leakage is there in bathroom. Other than that stay was very good. My recommendation is don't expect everything will be too good at any place. Even our home we may not get full facilities. Enjoy the stay at The Memoir

The bathroom and room amenities are not up to the mark:||1. The flush is not working, and the entire area seems to be blocked.|||2. The shower gel is too hard to dispense; despite several attempts, it does not come out of the container.|||3. One side of the bed is lower, making it uneven and shaped almost like a half-moon.

We have stayed in this hotel for some days, it is located in one of the prime locations of Nagpur and away from the crowd and traffic sound. Place is well secured.||People are very cooperative. People are solution oriented. At the front desk people are very cooperative and helpful.||We found the room and other open areas are neat and clean. Bathroom is well ventilated and clean, 24 hrs hot water was available.||The dining area was well ventilated and clean. In morning breakfast they are providing local Indian items, even some non-vegetarian items are provided.||The dinner items are excellent which consist of vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The taste and quantity were amazing.||Even laundry facilities were available and it was relatively quick. On need bases they also arrange local conveyance.||Mr. William Joseph, operation manager, very helpful and cooperative.||All the best.

It was just amazing staying at this hotel. Room were comfortable.Neat and clean. Food was delicious.Must try Biryani. Room outside area, corridor was very open and wide, nice for group or gang to sit and enjoy. Staff were very humble and friendly. AC didn't work for 2 days but it was ok coz whether was not very hot. Uncle at front desk was very nice, polite and humble and ready to be at service anytime. Thank you Memoir group for making the stay extremely wonderful. Will soon visit again . Cheers

The rooms were not that great. As per the rates it should be more bigger and better.The staff's behavior was nice, and the service was good. However, the breakfast was very bad and not tasty at all. staff behaviour was soo good and service was on point

Nice experience, staff members are very cooperative n foods also very yeasty n reception experience also very good, overall our experience is too good . Rooms cleaning also too good . Staff members nature is good, nice, helpful n supporting

Rooms are small but clean n maintained. Toiletries n bed n quilts are new. Staff is polite n prompt. Food is good. It is a better place to stay.
