We had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The hotel's breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, I was impressed with the hotel's amenities and service.

No suite experience, it's just a cheap quality high priced lodge!!! Broken tap, no tea cup, no glass, leaking faucet, no safety on door, no fridge, torn towel, no soap, useless breakfast.....not suitable for even Rs 1000 per night, I paid Rs 9300 for 2 nights single person. Don't stay here!!! In fact you will run away after seeing the reception

This hotel is very near about to airport in walking distance and also have car pickup facility also they give erly chek in in respect of room vacant also good food serv all time it's very clean and higyn hotel under the budget and very wow location in nagpur

The location is very nearby to airport and complementary meal is good. But they really need to improve facilities by providing water,clean beds, soaps etc . Need to improve quality little and hike price little bit.

One of the most horrible hotels that I have stayed in, in my entire life. I was travelling with my mother and sister and stayed there for a night on the way to home. My only reason for choosing this property was its proximity to the airport. I was indeed sceptical about checking in here, but then thought its only about a night and that things will not be that bad. My experience here was as follows: 1. Be prepared for stinking rooms with used linens and stinking bathroom. 2. I don't exactly remember the time, but the power was cut off in my room for about an hour. I woke up at around 2 in the night and called reception for generator service. They feigned that that they know nothing about why there was no electricity in my room (Room 301) and said that it will be restored shortly. Then about 5 minutes later there was a sharp knock on my door and we were really afraid to open the door. I opened the door with the safety chain in place and saw an elderly man who wanted to come in restore power. His mouth was smelling of alcohol. I refused to let him in and then he told me to take out the key card out from the socket and wait until power is back. The reception could have told me this over phone only. The other parts of the hotel and the corridor had their power all right. 3. We checked out at 5 am the next morning after clearing the bill over Gpay. But they didn't provide any bill at that time. Thereafter on reaching my city I was called by the manager who first told me that I have booked online but not checked in. Then he told me that I have not paid. When I told him that I have paid he asked me how much have I paid. Then he told me he will send the bill which he did. BOOK THIS HOTEL AT YOUR OWN RISK. We were lucky to have been able to get out unharmed.
