Worst hotel. No hygiene no cleanliness. This hotel manager is also not good. Taps are not working, if you check the building from left side of the hotel it looks like a old cave. I would never recommend this hotel

Worst hotel / please dont waste your money Bedsheets are smelly/torned/ old / damaged at some places. Taps are not in proper conditions ,fully damaged. Staff lied to me abt the conditions of the rooms, they know once you start staying ,you gonna face problem like no working tv , no working ac, so they insists to pay the full payment in advance so that you cannot ask for refund once you start finding problems in your room. Guys ours money is hard earned, one can't spend that on the hotels like these . This seems to be a dilapidated condition from inside. Taps are damaged, seepage n waterleakages, TVs& AC s not in proper working condition. While I was the guest ,I realised that I was the only guest staying over here . Once you come to realise this , it's too late , as you already paid the full payment . Be cautious/ be alert from this so called PEARL INN HOTEL & NO WIFI NO INTERCOM WORKING NO STAFF TO BE SEEN ANYWHERE BESIDES A SINGLE PERSON WHO DIES DUTIES OF ALL KINDS NO PROPER PARKING SWITCHES FALLING OFF COMMODE IN WORST CONDITIONS

At first from the look of the building the mainroad, i thought it is just another backpackers hotel but then everything proved me wrong especially hospitality of the owner, Mr Vipin who had graciously changed my room without any questions asked. The rates are within the budget and very close to the airport. You can walk ( if you don't have any luggage) to the airport:

Very close to all the facilities such as highway, airport, petrol bunks, eatery and pharmacy. Also pets are very welcomed here, they looked after us really well, felt safe in a new place. Food was really good. Also very safe if you are traveling alone or with pets.

The rooms need major maintenance. The cupboard doors are falling off. The bathroom is NOT clean. The coffee beans have finished and they cannot seem to take it out of the store before three next day afternoon. Very poor management. Disappointed.

We stayed in this hotel for a day. Hotel is at good location, however I think the Owner/management is not serious about the running the business. ||Pros: ||1) Ground floor rooms are bigger, can accommodate family of 4 people||2) Near to airport||Cons:||1) Pathetically maintained||2) Mosquito Problem - Very Serious one. You can not sleep !!!!||3) Hygiene -- what is that?||4) Not sure if all the power connection are in working condition.

If ever there could be an example of how not a hotel should be, this is it. |Let me start from condition of the room. The website or photos look good. But the rooms are dingy, dilapidated and paint is peeling off the walls. The toilet is very unclean and it is stained all over. It will be tough to recognise that it was once white in color.| |There was a nice wash basin which was out of place in this room. Pleasantly surprised I went near it to wash my face. Probably the hotel thought it was too nice and forgot to give it water connection.||There is no hot water and you will have to request for it. The room service boy would take forever to bring it. You want to call the reception and you eagerly reach out to the phone to discover that it is not connected to anything and lying around only to decorate the room. ||After sometime the hot water arrives in a bucket which looks like it has been picked up from stone age. Cleanliness is a word that is yet to be discovered in their dictionary.||Breakfast is complimentary. Oh nice and I ask them to bring it. There are 4 pcs of bread that are cold and not toasted. The only saving grace was hot poha which was decent. Tea is in a cup which is best left undescribed ||In the evening I finished my official work and came back to discover that there is no power. I asked them to switch on the generator. They were so surprised as if I had asked for a time machine. Their expression and the darkness convinced me of standing there no further.||I was the only guest in the entire hotel I guess as the hotel was deserted and gave a look of haunted mansion. I was intent on clearing my room and checking out the hotel asap. I used my mobile torch to maneuver successfully to my room|As I reached out to clear my luggage a lizard popped out. The man in me just about prevented me from screaming aloud. ||In all of 5 mins I checked out my room and paid my room rent. The adventure cost me 1700 bucks. The only convenience with the hotel is you can see airport from entrance of the hotel. It gives you the hope that you can run away any time

The experience was not very good. Old hotel, less occupancy and cleanliness issues. Everything looked average. Only good thing is proximity with Airport which is at walking distance. Even nearby hotels also doesn't looked very convincing.
