Rooms: These rooms aren't just big -- they're practically ballroom-sized! You could host a dance-off, a pillow fight championship, or just lie in five different corners for fun. Clean, comfy, and cooler than your cousin's AC setup. Service: Blink and someone's already helping you. The staff is so friendly, I half expected them to join us for dinner (I wouldn't have minded -- they're that nice). Fast service, polite people, and smiles that don't come from a manual. Location: Tucked away behind the Ramtek temple, this place is both peaceful and convenient. It's on-road, not off-road, so your GPS won't cry trying to find it. Perfect blend of spiritual vibes and vacation vibes. Kids Zone: My kids didn't want to come home. That's how fun the play area is. If your children mysteriously "go missing," check the play zone first -- they're probably too busy having the time of their lives. Safety: Very safe -- even the monkeys here seem polite. Absolutely HORRIFIC. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place was an absolute DISASTER from start to finish. The pool? Forget crystal clear waters, it was more like a swamp - I'm pretty sure I saw a frog doing the backstroke! And the staff? Don't even get me started. They were too busy screaming at each other behind the counter to even acknowledge our existence. Apparently, customer service is a foreign concept at The Greenland Adventure Village and Resort (MTDC). We tried to salvage the trip with some indoor games, but everything was broken! The carrom board was missing pieces, the pool table had rips in the felt, and the air hockey table was just a sad, wheezing husk of its former self. Thinking the outdoors might be better? Wrong again! The outdoor games were just as dilapidated. The swings were rusted, the volleyball net was torn, and the cricket set looked like it had been through a war. Honestly, this place was a complete and utter waste of time AND money. We left feeling more stressed than when we arrived. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this dump! You'd have a better time staring at a wall. This place should be shut down!

I visited the resort on 12th and 13th October.. This is a very nice place, very big and beautiful lawn, well lighted in the night. The rooms are big and well decorated with two balconies having great view. The adventures park is unique and very enjoying. The staff is well mannered and ready to give quick service. The food is very nice clean and freshly served. This was my fourth visit to this place. And I plan to visit more. Overall the visit is very enjoying. I recommend to all to go to this spot and enjoy.

Dirty bathrooms - broken taps, broken windows non-cooperative behaviours of staffs -no action even after complaining to staff on the service no in-room telephone service Flies / mosquitos everywhere

The range of activities at the resort was impressive. We indulged in table tennis, carrom, and even archery, which added a competitive yet fun edge to our time there. One of the most exciting moments was the adventure sports--ziplining with my family was thrilling! The resort's adventure facilities are top-notch and safe for all ages, making it perfect for family bonding. The dining experience was equally remarkable. From lunch to dinner, breakfast, and high tea, every meal was well-prepared and delicious. The resort staff ensured that we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Greenland Adventure Resort truly offers a memorable escape, blending fun, adventure, and relaxation perfectly. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refreshing getaway!

Very best for relax family holiday.|You can find Rain dance, swimming pool, garden, play area for children, adventure activities for family and the best quality food!|One can't find everything at single place. Also Ramtek temple and khidsi lake is very near (you can have best boating experience in khindsi).
