3.8 out of 5. Pros: The reception service is good. Rooms are clean and livable. I was here with an exam purpose. The room service was kind and the whole ambience and staff was kind. The place is silent so you can work without disturbance. As a single female traveler you can live here, it's safe and the reception people are alert as to who enters and exits the hotel. The women and male receptionist on morning and evening duty both were very nice and polite. The room was pretty good aesthetic wise and the basic amenities were provided by the hotel Cons: For room cleaning I had to mention three four times even thought their staff is active sometimes they can forget. The room had a dead cockroach on the wall which was scary but throughout my stay I did not find a single cockroach in the room. The bedsheet had some weird stain that made me concerned but they changed it on mentioning however such details should be taken care of.

1/5 - Worst Stay Ever! Mosquito Haven - Room was full of mosquitoes, and hotel staff couldn't provide repellent at night. Had to order from Instamart! No Water for 4 Hours - Imagine being stuck without water for so long! Power Failures - 3 electricity cuts, including a complete blackout for an hour. Tiny Rooms - Feels more like a cramped box than a hotel room. Unhygienic Bedding - Sheets didn't seem fresh or clean. Overall: Not worth the stay! Avoid if you value comfort and hygiene.
The worst staff ever. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour. I booked hotel for my wedding 3 months prior to the date and did 50% advance payment. Despite of that the staff called 3 days prior to my checking date and asked to shift to some other hotel. They ruined my wedding day. Specially their worker, Shubham. He is the most arrogant and rude one. I would never recommend this pathetic hotel to anyone in my life.
Pathetic and worst management. This place is ideal for nothing. Shameless owner and staff with no work ethics or professionalism. If you're planning on pre booking this hotel, please make sure you also have another hotel as backup specifically if you're booking for your family's lodging. Mark this word, you might get thrown away anytime as per their convenience or your booking might get cancelled in time.
I had a great stay here! Rooms are clean and in affordable prices. 24hrs service is excellent too. I checked other hotels too but the staff service is better over here
Worst hospitality ever Owner and staff forced to cancel the booking as the owner had the family function and they wanted to make there guest stay in the rooms which we booked months prior for our wedding ceremony Just because you owe a hotel doesn't mean you understand the meaning of hospitality I would suggest you to go and get educated first for hotel management to provide good hospitality
My stay at this hotel has been awesome! I've been living here for a week now, and everyone is incredibly helpful. I love it! This is my third visit, and I've tried almost every room except the most expensive one. The rooms and the surrounding community are fantastic. Highly recommended!
I felt super secure staying here. They have the best practices for safety in their list of safe hotels in Nagpur.
