SwagStay Hotel Rahul Palace

Bathroom was not clean and civil work inside the hotel is bit poor quality. Rooms service is poor, staff forgets to service. However, do not forget to add service charge Breakfast option is very ltd but taste is good. Mineral water should be complimentary considering room charges.

All fecility is okay but hotels service is very bed.no one call receive any order like that I have order one bottle water but after completing full night walet bottle is not delivered very bad service.food quality is not as per charges please improve your food quality.and bathroom hot water facility is not working.

I would like say all hotel employees and manager also staff for heir best hospitality manner , respectfully behavior Thanks

Overall it was a good experience everything is perfect but it needs basic essentials like toothpaste and toothbrushes
