SwagStay Hotel Girja Inn

Located around 5 mins drive from the Nagpur railway station, this is a no frill lodging facility, and do not expect much from it. The AC room booked online was cramped, with No Windows for ventilation! The washroom is extremely small too. You would have to sit on the WC to take a bath. When asked for a better room with ventilation, they asked for Rs.800 extra per night. I had already paid Rs.1500 per night. We got hot water in the tap only once in our 3 night stay. On enquiring, the staff told since the weather is cloudy the solar heaters do not work ! Wi-Fi work only if your room is near to the router. Since the rooms have no windows, mobile internet is weak too. The TV which is a smart TV, keeps on buffering owing to poor Wi-Fi. Air Condition kept on switching off , as the fuse would trip owing to high load. You have to call the person in the middle of the night to fix the fuse. Cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is ok. The complimentary breakfast has one item (upma or poha and tea). No complaints with the taste. The housekeeping lady was sincere in her work. Ganesh from the front desk was helpful, the other person (don't know name) was expressionless. Would not stay here again.

Very good & well maintained hotel. The rooms are big enough to accommodate a family and are very clean. The best part is this hotel is located very near to the railway station & ST stand on the core of the city. This is a recommended place to stay in Nagpur.

Our check-in time was 7 pm and we checkout at 5 pm next day. The person who was at the reception said that you have to pay extra because our hotel 2nd day start at 11am whether you have come at 10am. Fraud hotel. Service was very bad like we have to tell them 7 8 times. Highly not recommended. They will charge you extra and if you will delay them they will be loud and shout at you.

Very good and nice welcome at Reception. Rooms Excellent.Service Best. Cleanliness fantastic Rooms are well equipped with all the facilities AC , TV , Bed , Table , Chair. Washroom nice and clean. Will recommend to everyone who wants to stay And We will also stay here next time.

Hotel is located in the heart of Nagpur, only 1 km from railway station and 200 meters from St stand. Very nice and polite staff. Good service.

Early check-in in the morning was charged one extra full day despite no such clause mentioned in the ticket. The ticket clearly mentioned that there was no cancellation or modification charges after check-in. However we were charged for 2 nights despite our stay for one night. The staff behavior was good. 2 star for them.

If I could give a negitive rating, I would do that. I booked a room via Oyo( as the booking goes through OYO only). I called an evening before my check-in date and the manager confirmed the check-in. When I reached the hotel, the manager was extremely il-mannered, non courteous and loud. He refused the check-in and asked for 3 times more money than what I booked it for. I was travelling with my father who is a senior citizen and he had to unneccesarily wait frantically. I advice you to stay away from this property.

Angry, frustrated,bad service, false commitment, every negative adjective Is less for the experience I got from this place,I booked this hotel for 24 hours,I talk with owner or whatever who attend me at the time of arrival,then also while mentioning in booking register I also confirm the checkout timings still next day he change the timeming and told me that checkout timing is 11 noon but previous day I told them that I will checkout at 2noon because my train was 3 o clock but he refused and force me to checkout without 15 minutes.This behaviour ruin my whole day . energy and mood. . . . . . . BIG NO.NOT RECOMMENDED
