It's a good hotel to stay, rooms are spacious, staff is courteous. View from outside is not attractive as its located between adjacent shops, one might feel so so but spacious rooms give a sigh of relief and suit rooms are excellent with dining table, tv and a separate guest room. Breakfast, lunch n dinner are severed inside the rooms. Its worth the money one spends.

It's location is very good, centrally located near Ganeshpeth Bus stand Nagpur. Where you access overall city. So many travel agencies are within distance of hand. Restaurants are also in nearby. But inside of the hotel is whole darkness, clumsy, overall ambience is not good . Staff behavior is well nurtured, cooperative. AC & fans are not working properly, phone(intercom) is dead.

Clean Hygienic & Comfortable room. Ms Sheetal at reception was very cordial and friendly in welcoming and organising the rooms. Mr Aniket from Cleaning Dept was very helpful and respectful in managing all sorts of housekeeping & room service at rooms. Kudos to the Management of the Hotel & Best wishes to the staff.

I have really bad experience staying here 1- Room are not clean, I saw cockroaches on and hairs on the bed 2- Towel not provided no soaps...nothing 3- If you ask for early checkin they will ask you for extra 30% of booking amount. Though the rooms are empty but they wont give you early checking.

I had bad experience with this hotel. I forgot bag in the hotel and checked out. Now hotel staff is not cooperating with me to find the bag. I asked them to check cameras who stole the bag but they are not cooperating. There were bugs in the room. Overall bad experience.

Rooms are not good. Very bad service. They took 4 days to repair a fan in room. Mosquitoes are everywhere in this hotel. Rooms are smelling badly. Not recommended for anyone.
