Manager is money greedy . Make my trip rules are different from oyo rules. Outside food is not allowed. So please do not bring patients with you . Cockroach found beside my bed. Only location is good. Rest all services are terrible.

We have stayed at this hotel for 3 days. We want to say that no one should stay at this hotel. Here our room's door was not open for half an hour and did not even give us the time to go to ATM. The first money with the meal ordered the first money or not a meal. The worst hotel in nagpur, the bathroom was filled with cokroaches, the toilet seat was dettached and broken, no way to use the toilet, they dont even provide complimentary water bottles upon checking in. Pathetic service and worst room condition. The rooms are overpiced and definitely not worth. Room no 214

Ambience and location of the hotel is okay, but no good service and response from staff. We faced hot water issue and car parking provided outside the hotel on the road only and no proper wifi network. Not recommended to book this hotel.
