Horrible experience as a guest. Staffs are non-cooperative, and their cleaning staff are thieves. They stole my charger, slippers, towel, and clothes as well. Don't stay if you're carrying your essential documents. I have faced such problems; I hope you should not.

Honest Review - Don't Fall for the 5-Star Ratings! My experience with this OYO property was extremely disappointing. The staff took my phone during checkout and gave a 5-star rating without my knowledge, without even asking if I faced any issues. The rooms were poorly maintained--bathrooms were dirty with no exhaust, the AC leaked water like a tap, and one washroom had no running water at all. On top of that, they provided rooms on the 3rd floor without a lift, making it very inconvenient, especially for those with luggage or mobility issues. When I complained to OYO customer care, they couldn't provide any real help and only offered a 50% cashback in my OYO wallet instead of resolving the issue. I wouldn't recommend this property. Be cautious while booking and don't trust the inflated ratings!

Please don't this cheap hotel dirty room dirty mat dirty floor dirty Wall health faucet is not working no water in wash basin wc cover was broken unhygienic please worst service I have booked this hotel by online and paid 1400 rs during check in they said we can't provide this room in price you have to pay 600 rs extra for this cheaper room even didn't provide water bottle in this price so total i have pay 2000 rs this hotel you will definitely regret..?

Never Book this Hotel. Very unprofessional staff specially the manager of the property he is trying to to looted the customer, after check in done manager asked extra money i already send mail. Hotel Manager is the try to looted the customer even your booking is done still asked for extra money or else said cancel the reservation OYO manipulated reviews onon site you will the see the how they and manipulating. Humble request dint book this Hotel

Fraudsters they are Stole my stuffs clean my room without my permission and in my absence with the spare key they had DONT FALL FOR THERE TRAP INSTEAD TAKE ACCOMODATION SOMEWHERE ELSE.

my stuffs got stolen by the room staff and they were not even helpful to the guest with these issues even they didnt spare the socks let alone my precious stuffs
