Sunshine farm & resort

WORST HOTEL! Do NOT book. We booked for family stay for two days. But on second day the owner took booking from young boys who were drinking and too over the pool area and resort. The generator failed. No electricity or water. We had to shift to another hotel. Worst experience. Plz don't waste ur money.

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Place! Sunshine Resort and Farm is by far the worst property I've dealt with. The management is completely unprofessional and outright dishonest. They refused to return my deposit money even after numerous attempts to contact them. It feels like a scam! This level of negligence and lack of accountability is shocking. They clearly have no respect for their customers, and their greed is appalling. If you value your time and money, stay as far away from this place as possible. I regret ever trusting them, and I strongly advise others not to make the same mistake. Don't fall for their tricks--there are far better options out there!

Worst Ever Management.... They didn't gave back our deposit amount and not even picking call. Hygiene is completely none there....

There is too much chlorine in the water and my eyes are burning a lot.

Recently visited this farmhouse! I'll give a genuine review about farmhouse! Swimming pool is good no problem with swimming pool! Rooms are also good but washrooms are not clean because spitted Tobacco was there in washroom which was not clean!And the shower is not working properly! Speaker quality 1/10 can't play song in max volume because of bass problem! Farmhouse caretaker service very poor! And last but not the least overpriced farmhouse! Service which they have demanded was not done properly!

I visited with 10 people, experienced is to bad worst service ever, do not plan any party here.

I will Give You Very Genuine Review. The Poll we visited was very Dirty with back water inside swimming pool Im sharing pics.All AC Rooms were very good All working.Neat clean but blankets are very Dirty with Lizards.Zero Cordination from owner.staff is good and helping.
