Pride Hotel Nagpur

I had a wonderful stay at The Pride Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and top-notch service. The room facilities were excellent--clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. A special mention goes to Nasirul and Sudarshana, whose exceptional assistance truly made my experience memorable. They were attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure every need was taken care of. Their hospitality reflects the high standards of the hotel. Overall, an outstanding experience. Looking forward to staying here again!

Excellent service with an excellent staff like payal from front desk. Swimming is the best place here with a great view. Rooms are good, food is very delicious. There bar tangerine is one of the finest place to chill. Ambience of all the hotel is commendable.

Pride is a best place to visit in nagpur. Really nice staff like payal, she took care of me and my team so well. She is an amazing host with a beautiful face and heart. Good service by front office team. The team means employees here are the best and humble.

The experience in pride hotel was absolutely memorable food was so yummy . Just take care about salt otherwise all good . Miss sudeshna. Alfred was so helpful. Housekeeping tema was also needful and nice in their work ro highly recommend thnkuh pride

The location of pride hotel is very convenient as it is very near to airport and metro station. The rooms are very good with a swimming pool view. Staff like miss payal is very at her service always very cooperative for her guests. Amazing experience at pride hotel nagpur.

It is falsely mentioned as a 5 star hotel and it is nowhere close to that. It is at best a 2/3 star hotel. The air conditioning control doesn't function and the temperature is set to around 27 degrees Centigrade. This is unmanageable.. especially in summer ....ridiculous !!

Average Food Quality and Room Quality. Lack/ absence of Trained staffs to attend guest. Very Casual approach. No banquet Manager or Shift Manger to attend the grievance. Rooms are very Old style and Hotel is being managed by Trainees. I doubt it's a 5 star hotel. It should be 2 star hotel. Bad Experience all together !!
