Paradise Homestay Civil Lines

We booked our stay for mid December. We had booked the stay 2 months in advance and also got confirmation. On the day of our arrival- when we called to mention the time of our arrival- the owner says the entire property has been booked and the rooms can't be alloted. Imagine this happening to someone who is on the move from Bangalore to Nagpur and being stranded in spite of paying the entire amount. Not one word of intimation from the owner of the property being booked. Because we called a few hours in advance while being on the move - we were able to arrange another accommodation. The owner is careless enough to tell you to your face that you deal with Make my Trip and that they don't care - this is after taking the entire amount of booking. Please please think twice before considering this property if you would not like to be stranded without an accommodation despite paying the entire amount.

While Mrs. Malhi, the owner, was kind and welcoming, our stay at Paradise Homestay was distressing. The bathroom was not cleaned at all and still showed traces of use from previous guests, which was deeply uncomfortable. The most stressful issue was that the water supply stopped abruptly in the middle of the night, leaving us no choice but to find an alternate hotel just to use the bathroom. Furthermore, this property is not suitable for travelers with heavy luggage, as accessing the rooms requires navigating multiple flights of stairs.

We were fooled by the reviews and the rating. Am not sure how they came by. Our experience was dismal. While Mrs. Malli is a nice person, she has no help to maintain the place. The room and sheets were not clean. The bathroom was very dirty. While we were ready to overlook all of this as we were in transit, we realised that there was a water shortage. There was absolutely no water in the bathroom. Forced us to rebook another hotel room. Waste of time and money. We were delayed by 4 hours as a result. I really doubt the rating and reviews. They do not seem authentic at all.

Paradise Homestay Nagpur truly felt like a home away from home! The location is perfect - nestled in a quiet, serene area yet conveniently close to all the major attractions. The facilities are top-notch, offering everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It's incredible value for money, especially with the warm and welcoming ambiance. The highlight of our stay was Mrs. Malhi, the owner. She treated us like her own family, and her kindness reminded me so much of my grandmother. Her genuine hospitality made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Nagpur!

Everyone writing good. Bt my experience was very bad with this. They were asking me pay extra day for they wrongly chek in me by them. That day i was in pune. Room is okay okay. But services not availbale . They dont change towel for 3 days. Dont clean washrooms. Shower and get are not working .

It was pleasant experience staying in the paradise homestay. The room and the bathroom and the whole property were very clean.. I'll like to stay there again and again .. the best thing about property is the owner aunty ji like a mother .. amazing property..

The owner aunty is so kind, loving and approachable. This is a homestay where u get to live with their family. I'm generally a shy person, but aunty made sure I feel comfortable, she let me settle down and made it easy for me.. The location is too good for someone travelling to Nagpur and the area is v beautiful for morning/evening walks.. Aunty infact made food for me and took care like her own kid! Really heartwarming.. I would strongly recommend this for everyone and especially for women or solo travellers.
