Good hotel and food is also so good. Worth for money given. I personally suggest this everyone should go and experience a good residence and like our homely food

The rooms are very neat and clean, however the room service is very bad. Room tariff are too high.. No restaurant service at hotel.

Don't go on the online hotel images, the reality is totally different! The rooms are very dirty. The hotel rooms were not at all as per the description on any online booking platforms. I couldn't even cancel the booking since I had paid you upfront for the room! The bedsheets were very dirty, towels are full of stains, the cupboards had empty liquor bottles from previous tenants, the washroom had gutka stains on walls, lift not working, sink was choked, kitchen non operational. The tarrif of deluxe rooms should be 600- 800 not 1800. Most important - NO PRIVACY. THE CURTAINS OF THE WINDOW WERE SO SMALL THAT ANYBODY FROM OUTSIDE CORRIDOR COULD PEEP INSIDE THE ROOMS

Worst experience. Staff was drunk and very rude. Hotel manager was acting like goon. I booked hotel with family well in advance but they gave me one glass makeshift constructed on terrace without any curtain in the middle of night when I reached there. I had to search other hotel and shifted there. This hotel has measure security concern. Highly vulnerable. STRICTLY AVOID IT!!!!

Was there last week with two of my friends for one night stay. Horrible experience. Very shabby rooms and upholstery. Internal phone not working. No handles to cupboard. Broken tap. Unwashed bed linen. Chocked bathroom. Very very disgusting experience. Breakfast was bad. Worst stay of our lifetime.

Located in the heart of Nagpur, this is a good place to stay. The rooms are medium sized but quite comfortable. Could have been more elegant but for the tariff, its just fine. Room service is good. I found the breakfast good but the taste can be improved. The staff are highly cooperative and polite. The best thing is that they offer a complimentary pick up and drop to the airport in a good vehicle. The rooms and bathroom are well maintained with some good toiletries. I will certainly come back to this place.

Let's Begin! Awful Non hygienic Breakfast. They had idli which tasted rotten; flies were all over the breakfast court. I asked them to clean the table & chair and the waiter used his hands to clean it, thus only cleaning 20% of the spilled food. So I didn't had breakfast. Speaking about room, it had moderate yellow lights and only yellow light. If you wear spectacles then good luck with your eyesight. Room was not properly dusted I was in the room and the staff was cleaning outside, suddenly I saw trash entering below the door to my room! Then I questioned me staying here for even a day more? The lift didn't work for 4th floor where I got the room. Poor maintenance! The washroom didn't have toilet paper and the spray was broken as you can see in the image. If the day can't go worse then let me share you with room service. I ordered drinking water which I didn't receive. Then I called again after an hour the reception replied they will send in an instant. 25 mins past by and there was no sign of water. Then I called again after 10 mins, then the reception replied they have accidently sent it in the wrong room! Then they brought me water after more 5 mins. Worst hotel experience ever in my life.

The room is big and decent. But the staff is not very cooperative. In breakfast only one item with tea is served so don't expect much. It's located centrally so not difficult to travel. You need to request them to change the sheets and give you fresh towels/hand towels. Good option if you get the booking in between Rs 800-950.
