Room was good. I asked for spoons and plates in room, they are saying their restaurant is crowded so they cannot provide room service. Also in breakfast tea/coffee is not included. Almost 200rs extra they are taking for breakfast in which you can get only 1 dish thats it. Please choose this if you don't get any better option.

I was a great experience, room was little small but overall experience was great. Room service and staff was very friendly and good, breakfast was tasty and had a variety of things, hotel is nearby market so everything were easily accessible.

Cockroaches were found in the room. Room service said that the TV would be available the next day. They refused to provide separate bath soap. Instead asked to use hand wash. Hot water was not available.

Amazing stay with wonderful support. Would definitely suggest. Very nearby to the city area. Prefect location for a local walk,hangouts and near to marine drive. Neat, clean and pleasant stay on budget.|Would love to visit again whenever travelling down to Cochin.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the hotel. Denied to check in just 2 hours early ( 10AM ) though many rooms were available. Lot of people were checking out in front of me from 9:15 AM. But the manager who was sitting in the reception spoke very rudely. And though my checking out time is very early in the morning. Despite your establishment's reputation, the services offered by the manager Mr patil is far from satisfactory. Disappointment with the customer service i received.

The hotel is giving breakfast free but they don't have any gud service they don't provide tea , they just give south Indian...very worst service

Gud place and clean and neat rooms |And morning food accommodation is very good and car parking facilities available,indoor games are there to enjoy and affordable price to stay in town ,and rooms are very neat and cleaned properly, nice to stay

The hotel manager is very cordial and understanding. The hotel rooms are very good and tidy with things of requirement kept inside. The hotel is located at a very prime location and thus all the places are easily accessible from this hotel.
