Hotel Vrandavan

I am Bering to this hotel from last 10 years . The older staff was very helpful and cooperative. had a very bad experience. Room were not cleans after told the reception desk. Have requested for car for drop for airport in the evening by 8 pm. U was told to be at reception at 7.45 pm. After being there I was just surprise the car was not arranged I waited till 8.25 pm and then I can to know there was Somme other gust whose flight was at 11 pm they were waiting for him. My boarding time was 9 pm I just missed the flight. I asked the manage why you called me early he told me see your check in time and then say It's really bad experience with them

Im staying this hotel since last 7 years. Convenient place to stay. Nagpur railway station walking distance. Nearby bardi market. Staff is so supportive. Rooms are clean & specious. Quick service.

I visited this hotel from 10 years, but last Sunday 2-3-2025 I call to hotel, there is worst experience. Manager talk very rudely. I am going for marriage, and I want to change and I asking guest room for only 1 hour. He refused and talk very bad.

Cheat people, don't provide bill. we were for checkout they pretended that computer is not working. And now they pester asking for charges. Just avoid this hotel.

Need renovation. It's an old property with a high price. The only thing I liked was the complimentary Breakfast. Would never want to stay there again.
