We booked AC rooms via Agoda but the air conditioning did not work all night even after calling the hotel staff we had to sleep without AC when the temperature is 30 degrees. The reception staff was rude and once they got to know we have booked via Agoda app they were not at all interested in our checking and delayed it. Highly unsatisfactory even the bathroom is smelling and suffocating. Only good thing is the restaurant where the food was delicious and the staff is completely opposite they were kind smiling and welcoming. I would never recommend this hotel but the restaurant surely.

Very poor services my mom dad stayed at the hotel yesterday the Ac was not working all Night. Tv was not working staff was rude. No cells in Tv remote. my parents had planned to stay for 3 days bit they had to change the hotel on the 1st day itself due to poor services. Wifi signal was very weak. I donot recommend this hotel for anyone.

The best thing about the hotel is about its staff. Very friendly, approachable and pay attention to your needs. The service was of a good quality. There was no delay. Hotel was packed in full capacity and still didn't see staff stressing. They were attending guests cheerfully.

Very poor service. We waited 1 hour for our food. Better skip & visit Radisson or the multiple options besides this place. Manager preferred to argue and justify poor service rather than accept mistakes.

I like this property because of location ...secondly I like it because they are always ready to give you milk for your baby any time like Raddison and other 5 stars hotel which is a very good point and they don't charge for it ... rooms and services are very ok

Old and dim rooms. Absolutely no points for cleanliness. My pictures would say a lot about Gutkha stains next to the bed. Stained walls and floors. Unclean washroom and rickety wardrobes.
