Hotel The Imperial green

Honestly, we'd advise others to avoid this hotel. We booked multiple rooms for our group, but the constant water and electricity shutdowns made it unbearable. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us, and when we complained, they basically told us to pack up and leave. It's unbelievable that they'd prioritize refunds over resolving issues. The whole experience was marred by poor service, broken promises, and a lack of accountability. Definitely not recommended.

I had very terrible experience at Fab hotel the Imperial green at Nagpur. I made the reservation at FabHotels on phone at the amount told me by the Sales person and paid the advance towards booking but when I reached at hotel in night i was told that room can not be provided at the price on which reservation was done. He also told me that I had not paid any advance money as his system is not showing. You have to pay more if you wanted to stay. I had to pay extra bucks to him because I was with my senior citizen parents and with children below 5 years. Also rooms were in bad shapes and stinking bathroom and dirty bad sheets. Guys Pl stay away from these scammers and fraud.

If I had the option to give zero stars I would. It's the worst hotel I have seen so far. The room was nothing like shown in the pictures abd videos. Small and stinking room, floor was super dirty. No clean bedsheet and pillow. I almost puked by just seeing the toilet and bathroom

Safety alert!! This hotel is a scam Never book guys. I reached there and they didn't let me checkin, they said we don't accept oyo, but their property is listed there.. I talked to owner he abused ma ki bahan ki gaali.... For your safety kindly ignore this hotel.. Rest choose is yours

One of the worst hotel to stay. I request Maharashtra n specially Nagpur hospitality services to check hotel, their room cleanliness. Room, bedsheet, towels, bathroom are dirty. Worst room service. Not cleaning the room at all.

Please don't go here. They denied oyo alliance first and demanded extra money after making me wait for an hour without water and restroom. Even after paying full money for AC room, they gave me a small non AC room, no tv, sticky floor, and lavatory was not even flushed. Property owner doesnt want to listen to you. I had to adjust as I didn't have time. If you have time to decide, don't choose this place. EDIT 1 (9 April 24): Owner replied to my review after a month that I demanded extra time or else I'll put a bad review. Its a false allegation. My chennai to nagpur flight landing time was roughly 12PM and I reached Imperial Green at 12:50PM, I still remember, I was alloted a non AC and unclean room at 2PM only. As I was in a tight program, I checked out early next day before 8AM as I left to the railway station. I never demanded extra time or threatened to bad review, only asked for the value of my money that I'm spending. I've written exactly what happened. Do not put false allegations as I have all proofs of my check in check out time, tickets, and cab travels, including photographs of your room. Customers, hotel is not suitable for family stay as in mid night I was disturbed twice with drunk men's knocking.

Poor room quality, poor checkin , poor room service, poor staff, even they don't give complementary breakfast even if you have paid for it.
