I made a booking for 2 rooms thru Booking. Com. The contact number provided was a wrong one with no alternate contact. I reached the place with great difficulty. After which the staff told me that they were no longer with Booking .com. Now they are with OYO . The bed sheets are old and unclean and unwashed . Musty and smelly damp walls. A very shade place . Total waste of money

Horrible experience on the first day itself. Dirty bedsheets. After replacement also, the sheets provided were partially torn. They do not have hangers. When asked for tea in the morning, they didn't serve. I had to go down after 1.5 hrs and ask for it at the counter. That too in a very small paper cup. I was not given the bill for the money that I paid them for the hotel stay. Totally bad experience.

Very bad experience. Receptionist is very rude. No sense to talk to coustomer. Very bad behaviour. Feels like argue a illiterate person. Bad hotel . They asking for extra money. Don't go for booking please.

Very bad experience. First they take booking from oyo, after that receptionist and manager ask for extra money. Receptionist is very bad & very bad behaviour. Worst service. Bad people. Making bad image of nagpur. Don't go in this hotel please.

Rooms are so clean, and service is also very good, and we have nice view from the hotel
