Hotel Sivanta by Bombay Group of Hotels

Stayed for one night on the way to Pench for safari. The location is in main Sitabardi market. Rooms were impeccable and had all modern amenities including smart TV, kettle and fridge. Bathroom was very clean and moden fittings have been used. Shower had good water pressure. Rooftop restaurant has breakfast,lunch and dinner service. Food was extremely tasty and non-spicy. Service was superb. Highly recommend. Their online rate was lower and when contacted them directly it was higher, but they rectified it and matched the online rate.

The hotel is new, hence looks clean. The rooms are clean and new but the bedsheets can be cleaner. What I gave the 3 rating for is their service and hospitality. They can try to get better with hospitality. They need more trained people and their communications among each other needs to be better. For food, tandoor option was not available. They can get better with food, I found the food little oily and taste could be better.

It's a very smart hotel. The rooms, passage and entire feel of the hotel gives a minimalistic feel. All the amenities in the rooms and hotels and good. We stayed in the king rooms with the balcony so it felt reasonably spacious. They serve only vegetarian food. Buffet breakfast had good options. Staff at the restaurant and the service staff ate very cordial and positive. Slight problem is with the location. It's band in the middle of the market. Hence giving 4 stars. We just spent a night here. Glad we did!!

The rooms are neat and clean as the hotel has started recently. The staff's hospitality is great and it looks like they are very well trained. I stayed in the Queen's room. Reaching the location is a bit challenging as inside a busy area and yet near to the Railway station and also about 7 min walk from Cotton Market Metro station. The dining area is also very neat and clean. Need minor improvements with reference to the work area and shower curtain and providing desserts in the breakfast menu to enhance the customer experience to Excellent.

The service at Sivanta is very good, facilities are good. The staff is very helpful. Achal at their restaurant was very helpful to accommodate my special food requests. A family member needed a doctor. The staff were very helpful and guided us well. Sarang at front desk was very helpful. Best place to stay in the area.

The rooms and service are fantastic. The rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained. The hospitality and service are on point. The staff takes good care of the guests.

The service is very awesome and the staff are very polite and supportive. Food is also good. Overall the Hotel stay is very much comfortable.
