Hotel Rahul Palace (Unit of lagoon stay)

The rooms are spacious and can accommodate 3 people easily. However, the hotel is not well maintained. No toiletries were provided. The washroom had its share of issues and was small compared to the room. The AC was not working properly and the window was broken inviting mosquitos to the room.

The hotel is an average place to stay. As the price is very high, the rooms are not as per expectations. Food quality is slightly down which can be improved. You are suggested to change utensils as they serve in plastic. Temporary place to stay with basic amenities. The rooms are not tidy enough.

I shared my personal experience , last month when we stay in from 15 days that's time they with any intimation directly check out our room and our laggage directly shift to another room .

***Foreigners BEWARE*** This by far is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. My family checked-in with my partner from Australia and two receptionists did the check-in. When we were sitting to order food the hotel manager came and said that they cannot let foreign nationals stay. Reason? "We don't do it". We kept asking why don't they let them stay and they made some vague baseless stories. Ps. I am from hotel industry and know hotel policies A to Z. Upon telling them that they cannot refuse check-in to a foreign national and we want to contact nearest passport office, they allowed my partner to stay. They simply had to fill up a C-form. What a disgusting act to first check-in someone and then tell them to leave a hotel just because you are too lazy to fill up a form. Hotel Manager had no empathy or sense that we travelled a long trip and would need some rest. Rooms are large but very worn out and needs a lot of maintenance. We changed 3 rooms and all ACs were not working each time. Our final room's AC dripped water whole night and we couldn't sleep at all. Staffs are poorly or not trained at all. There are no eating options near the hotel so you will have to dine in-house which is a bit expensive. Service staff were kind and helpful. They tried their best but they cannot surpass management. In short, AVOID this hotel unless you want to ruin your transit/stay or waste money. Not recommended at all.

Do not be fooled by its exterior! It was a nice, cozy and clean place to stay at. Hot and cold shower taps, room service and firm yet comfortable beds were the highlight. In terms of amenities, there isn't much, but the staff are very friendly, and will do their best to accommodate your request. If you are looking for a stayover during travelling, or with a family that's not fussy, this place is a good option.

Very worst hotel i have ever seen in my life. 1 hours i had to wait at airport for pickup. Gave a torn towel. No bathing soap. Only 1 puri in complementary breakfast. Dirty washroom.

Poor Room Service and bad behavior of staff & owner. Totally unprofessional
