Unhygienic, rude behavior of staff, non corporative staff, Overcharged, in this price you can stay in 4 star hotel, but they prode negative star service. Food is too expensive but no hygiene, No taste, they serve expired food on higher price also you not allowed to borrow outside food. Open electricity wires No lock on handles. Very poor experience Please dont stay here

Staff is so supportive and their checkout policy is of 24hr from your time of arrival

Service is not upto mark...room doors are also very bad ...create problem Washroom tap leakage issue Room cleaning staff behaviour not good..he start teaching you when you say something..

I always stay at this hotel whenever I come to Nagpur for business trips. This is my seventh time staying here. Although I have read some reviews from other customers, and while some of them are accurate, others are not. Some rooms in this hotel are very clean and well-maintained, while others lack proper cleanliness. Overall, for the seventh time, I had a good experience. It wasn't a bad stay.

Room are not good.. stayed in 204 washroom door was broken cannot lock from inside. We called for water service guy took 30 minutes to send water.. not a good experience

Terrible place, service is also very poor and rooms are not worthy

Dingy rooms, bathroom and linen were not clean. The room felt eerie and I even had a scary unusual experience, for which when I asked for CCTV footage, they said the room is locked. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO WOMEN TRAVELLERS.
