Hotel O Itwari Railway Station formerly Hotel Prime

I checked in on March 17th, and unfortunately, riots broke out in the nearby vicinity, leading to the implementation of a curfew. Despite the challenging situation, the hotel staff ensured a safe, comfortable, and homely atmosphere throughout my stay. A special shoutout to the front desk reception team--Smita, Payal, and Shubham--for their exceptional hospitality. They were available round the clock, always welcoming guests with a pleasant smile and a helpful attitude. Their professionalism and willingness to assist at any time truly stood out. The entire staff was polite, supportive, and always ready to help, which made my stay much more manageable given the circumstances. I truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service.

I am satisfied with this hotel , the rooms are clean and the Food test also good staff were so friendly & co-operative and will plan to be there whenever I came .much happier with the stay

We had been recommended this alternative location after a horrible experience at previous Oyo property. The property was quite good and the room was spacious. There was sufficient hot water available. In-house availability of food was good considering there are not many eateries in the locality. However the loud azaans are always disturbing.

I recently stayed at Hotel Prime and had a less than satisfactory experience. First, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. The hygiene standards did not meet my expectations, and I found the overall cleanliness to be lacking. Additionally, the staff's attitude was another area of concern. Specifically, Payal Mam, who was handling the reception, was very unprofessional. Her language and demeanor were rude, which made the entire experience even more unpleasant. I expected better hospitality, especially from someone in a leadership position. Furthermore, Payal Mam asked for extra money to be paid apart from the room booking, which I found completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

Manhandling attempt by staff Package was with complimentary breakfast but they tried to charge abnormally & unnecessarily when I denied they physically stopped me & family and threatened unless I pay they won't allow & they are cruel to my questions.... Literally threatened to go any level to recover the money Even lift was not working, we have to come down all the 4 floors with luggage.... no one feel to respond when asked about this They took 1.5 hours to serve break fast Tap & shower was broken in the washroom

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel O, Itwari. The receptionist, Miss Smita, was very nice and cooperative, ensuring a smooth check-in and addressing all our needs. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, making the stay comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for its good service and friendly staff.

The prime hotel is situated in the prime location near itwari railway station. So one can enjoy nice and comfortable stay here. The behaviour of staff is excellent and specially food is awesome .
