Worst.. worst.. worst.. Hotel of my life. One room costs me 1400 rs just for 20 hours. Firstly they say 1000 rs for one day but after adhaar verification they told me to give 1120 rs for gst charges. and during check out they said " you use extra water for bath and for other charges , you have to give us 300rs more." they forced me to pay 300 rs more. I am sincearly requesting all of you please don't take rooms here.

Near to railway station, good hotel at medium price range. Quality delicious food is also available.

Staff and owners behaviours so rude like they dont need customers unhygienic food totally waste of money They dont even deserve 1 star

Pathetic overall experience. It was a non-AC room for 1200 rupees. Pathetic food as well because Nagpur comparatively has better food. Extremely unhygienic. Unclean beds and toilets. The only good thing about it was it's proximity from the railway station.

unhygienic. bedsheets were not clean. pubic hair all around, bathroom was not cleaned. found dead cockroach everywhere. No towel no soap no drinking water. horrible experience. They will only call you asking you want to eat something but after seeing the condition of the room i doubt if any one orders.Good service, clean room and bathroom, hot water in washroom all time, lift also present ,and most important it is at walking distance from the back side of nagpur station. Just the food was expensive so we ate in restaurant near railway station otherwise everything was good.

Hotel and room were looking okay. But as per the room the price and tariff of the room was bit higher than the quality. If u are two peopls u will get this type of roon in Rs1200+gst.

Here I m behalf of all the costomer I m request to hotel manager so my visit experience, if u took a room charge is non AC 1200 than u have to available for wifi and to keep clean room and special for bathroom.. cockroach moving on bed sheet..

Not all rooms are the same as uploaded. I'm staying in a room with minimum lights and the washroom is very unhygienic and dirty. In fact during check-in I asked for an AC room, but the receptionist told me that the room is not available with Western toilet facilities and I had to take a Non AC room unwillingly. Room service is really good. I'm happy with that.
