My stay at Hotel lotus inn was exceptional! The property is beautifully maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere perfect for groups. Pathetic Experience. We tried to book the hotel and they just asked for money first also they shared personal QR instead of Hotel Registered QR. Will Suggest never to trust them. Pathetic Staff. Pathetic staff.

Called the hotel to book, they said they will be sending confirmation in sometime. Waited for almost an hour after which on call the guy picked up just to let me know that no more rooms are available. Upon asking why he didn't send any confirmation after verbally confirming, he had no answer and started abusing. Very unprofessional behaviour. Do not visit the hotel.

No restaurant,no room service no water bathroom unhygienic no light (bulbs)in room

1st of the fall there is no proper parking, they won't allow outside food, rooms are very small and it feels like a close box , they won't give money back.
