Worst customer service. Confirmed room availability in person to avoid hassles. They quoted Rs.1800 for non AC. The online price was Rs.1000. So I said I'll book online. They immediately blocked the room and it was "Sold out" before I can make the booking. I brought it to their notice. They said they won't permit booking online.

Worst hotel worst service worst people. Don't ever try to reach this hotel. Worst management and worst behaviour. They don't even care about rating. Owner said to me that he don't care about rating. " Kai logo ne 1 star diye hai " this was his words. Suggestion to all that don't even try to opt this hotel for even a chance.

Honestly, there are bad review about owner I don't no why , but seriously man , the owner is cooperative very well spoken . Overall good hotel

It's really so nice place to stay for short terms business trip for economical range

Ekdum hi bakwas hotel . Low maintenance hotel hai .. staff behaviour is .. very rude ... I urge everyone not to visit this hotel....

Hotel is located in main market of sitabuldi but my overall experience was very bad. Rooms were too small and tidy too. Not even space to move freely in room. Coming to bathroom, it was hell small with no ventilation. Also height of bathroom was very less. The WC was not fresh sealed and was dirty. Bedding was also very bad and uncomfortable. They are charging huge amount with no comfortability. I would never go again.

Only thing good is budget price. The staff is non responsive. There is lack of clean besheets and blankets. Bathroom shower looks like not been touched since ages. TV not working and no one availibale to get it recharged.! There is probably only one remote for air condition because a staff took it and never returned. Nothing good to take from here!

This hotel has good manager but bad receptionist. Rooms are not value for money. Old fashioned Interior ,bathroom is also kind of dharamshalas .but if you want to stay with in rs 1000 limit this hotel is good. As every hotel in Nagpur is overpriced. staff is helping. food is good but again heavily charge. I hope this will help. !!!Be Safe keep traveling.
