Nice restaurant but needs staff behavior improvement. Reception person uncle not supporting properly. Always taking with attitude with all experience.

It is located within 2 km from Nagpur railway station and in the city centre. It has neat, clean and spacious rooms. Staff behavior is very good and also this property has an inhouse restaurant. Value for money.

They are not providing room to unmarried couple, and this rule is applicable even for couples outside nagpur. Pathetic behaviour. We need to find hotel at 12 am bcz of this? We are engaged and they can not even understand this? Do not ever come to this hotel. Minus star. Even bathroom is not clean. There are urine all over toilet and toilet seat. And they ask us to clean it by ourself. Do not ever come to this hotel. Never ever. Worst experience. We are travellers and this is the first time we are finding this kind of idiotic hotel.

The room pictures are deceptive. We got cheated. the rooms are small. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. We got cheap vibes from this place. Family people, please stay away from this place.

Hotel is located at prime location. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff is helpful. Easily accessible to all nearby places. Food in their restaurant is awesome. Service is really good. You can dine in and lunch with your family and friends.

Recently I have visited the Hotel. I have informed via call to hotel and he was ready to give the room which price was 2500. But Whenever on check in date I have visited the Hotel at that time they told me that sir 2500 room is not available. You have to pay 3000 for Room. And At that time I have informed them about us conversation and literally at the counter he stated ignoring us like we are begging the room in free. And due to my office meeting I have to reach there and I paid 3000 for that room. Hence, my point of view regarding this hotel is the staff have to learn communication skills and customer service it's highly recommended. Apart from that the food and ambience was nice.
