Reached at hotel at 8.52 And give biryani take away order till 9.25 no response from counter asking for my order but no response... finally one person attended me so he check and then he told me that it will take 15 minutes more but in this hole 30 minutes nobody interested to inform so I cancelled my order... and that super fast that is nice service

Last month i visited the biryani taste and quality was different the quantity was more i visited this month quantity was really less. Leaving this rest everything was good.

My first experience is so much very delicious food and service is good

Waiter are nonsenses... They do not have sense how to talk with costumer... Supervisor and waiter are illiterate and manner less, they are iliterate with talking to customers... So i request teach them the manner and literate them how to attend the customers...

We were disappointed with the taste. We went for veg but none of the dishes were good. Some food were undercooked or overcooked. Informed the manager regarding the same. He went and came back saying everything's normal and good. Lol

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The manager and the person taking orders exhibited extremely bad behavior. Both were incredibly arrogant and spoke in a very rude and unprofessional tone. This left a very negative impression of the place. I would expect the management to address such behavior, as it is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor customer service alone.
