Tanu's service at Ginger Nagpur City Centre was truly outstanding. She was polite, attentive, and ensured everything was perfect. The food was delicious, served hot and fresh. Her team was equally courteous and efficient, making the overall experience smooth and pleasant. It's rare to see such dedication and professionalism. A big thank you to Tanu and her wonderful team for making our visit memorable. Looking forward to coming back soon and enjoying the same level of excellent service and hospitality.

Excellent and New property. Got a good deal through make my trip. Room was top clean and of sufficient size. Food was ordered in room and that was really scrumptious. Breakfast spread was ok but we can order Omelette / Dosa etc. Only issue was the Mosquitoes in lobby and dining area. That was horrible. Overall a good experience and a value for money deal. Will surely stay here when in Nagpur.

I recently stayed twice at this property at a gap of some 2 weeks. It's a new Hotel in the city. Rooms are clean and service is decent. We check-out early and had packed breakfast which was just ok. There were 2 concerns during the stay. Parking is steep and would require some serious skills to put in your vehicle, the security staffs guides you, but it's a struggle. Secondly, they show rooms with sofa bed on website but don't have all rooms like that in actual. Being with kids, i had to request them for same room as we saw and booked, first time they managed but second time they had no availability so i was connect to Managed who was very supportive and helped us with extra mattress. Which was appreciable on his part. But, If you are traveling with family and a vehicle, better to choose the Airport one.
