Flagship Hotel Paradise Stay Inn

Worst experience ever. If there was negative 5 star, I would have given that. I wasted Rs. 2800. I checked in at 1 pm and checked out at 2 pm same day. Hotel Staff misbehaved. Hotel Room was not as shown in picture. There was pan stains all over the wall. Wash room was not clean. Torn sofa in room. No cupboard. When I asked the staff to change the room and give room with cupboard, They misbehaved and said that is what you get for what you paid. Although the room, that what was listed on website was different. Initially they did not give room key, when I went to ask for keys as I wanted to go out, for lunch, they started talking about policies. No outside food allowed, they want to impose there food on the guests. This was not mentioned on the website. Seeing the people around in the hotel, me and my wife did not feel comfortable and checked out within 1 hour of checkin and went to another hotel. It seemed phisy and we did not like the ambience of the hotel. This is a Oyo Hotel. Called Fabhotels customer care continuosly for 3 days to tell about my grievances, the call went to IVR and got disconnected. Could not talk to customer care representative even once. Worst customer service. Fabhotels seems to be a scam and I will never recommend anyone or even fall prey myself to this scam again.

The hotel is a single standalone building on a high way...Nari Ring Road. About the facilities, free breakfast was mentioned in the ad at the time of booking, but actually they used to charge separately for the same...so mis-commitment or mis-selling...the wi-fi facilities also seemed to be unstable. Rooms: 2/5 | Service: 2/5 | Location: 2/5 Rooms Rooms were not cleaned daily. Safety As mentioned, it is a standalone building, with no security guard. Food & drinks The stay inn doesn't have its in-house restaurant or kitchen..they have tied up with a nearby kitchen, from where we had to order food. I found the rates also unreasonably high.

I am regular traveller but my experience to this hotel was horrendous. First they did not honoured the online booking price and charged almost 50% extra otherwise was asked to leave. I had no choice but to stay as was late at night with family. The room was horrible, smelly and dusty. The bedsheet was torn and the worst was the bathroom which was full of tabacco stains, broken and toilet seat was not clean. I will not recommend this place for family and hygienic traveller. Kindly read my rating as negative for this place.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing.... They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The food was good and they have varied options in breakfast also..I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nagpur..... And also one good thing is the international Gorewada zoo is only 3km from this location

A very good hotel located in Nagpur. Though it is an new one and very well maintained. Both the check-in and checkouts were quick. The couple room assigned to me is good with all the amenities. I really like the rooms and staff. Overall, it was a very good experience. Must visit

I had a stay here with my family. The rooms are decent enough to accommodate but it's more of couple walk in and out hotel. Basic necessities of water, linen change is a challenge here. I literally had to request for every other basic support in the hospitality industry. The support staff was helpful in getting bare minimum support.

Excellent Hotel. Friendly and very cooperative staff. Luxurious & refreshing rooms. Food was good & tasty and portions decent. Best is the TV volume control in the bathroom - Unique !! Definitely will visit again ! Loved staying !
