Overpriced for 1 night and no complimentary water neither any snacks neither any discounts. A big scammers!

I mistakenly booked for next day for 3 hrs and paid the full amount. When I got there they refuse me to take saying we cannot do anything. If you want room you have to pay 1500 rs. I mean I want room for 3 hrs only and I had already paid the amount. Why the hell I'll pay again ? Money looteras everywhere. Also got no refund

Shantanu's place was a great experience. The host, Shantanu and caretaker, Purushottam were very warm and helpful. It has a beautiful nature surrounding it with many birds in the vicinity. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. The food though their is not so many options available but was tasty and better than most cafes in the city. I recommend this place if you want to experience staying in an Indian family's house

The place is awesome, pet friendly and the owners are very kind, warm and welcoming. They took care of our pup when we went out for a five hours long examination. They make sure that guests are comfortable and provide help with everything. Thanks for giving us a beautiful experience..Thank you so much Shantanu..Hope to visit soon!!!

This is the best location in nagpur. Place where you find maximum chaos around but still find peace. Rooms are good and spacious, clean. AC wont do much in heat 42degC. Food needs to be brought from outside. Tea coffee can be managed within. Walking distance from Baidyanath square. All big shops, malls, showrooms and famous restaurants near this place.

A homestay in Nagpur is an amazing way to experience the city. I'm a professional who has been to Nagpur many times, and I would never stay anywhere else! This room is beautiful: centrally located with all facilities nearby, and clean. The hosts are super nice and make amazing food!

Very cozy and enjoyable stay. Like a home away from home with a lot of natural elements around. The space was spacious and loving the concept of open hall for movie nights and meetings. Great hospitality by Shantanu and Purushottam who were very friendly, caring and ensured our well-being.

Good experience so far. Room green view lives up to its name. There is a sea of trees right outside the balcony. Lovely sight in the morning. Room is clean, with attached bathroom (with Western commode/modern fittings). Structure of the room is very hotel like, not like other service apartments/homestays I have been to. There is a surprisingly great cook. Food is as per household instructions (not of any menu) so you eat what rest of the people eat, in line with homestay system.
