Pros: The farm is very neat and well-maintained. It features a large swimming pool along with a separate baby pool. There is a spacious machan (tree platform) for guests. The sound system is of good quality. Service and hospitality are commendable. A cozy treehouse is available for couples. The dormitory is clean and spacious. A dedicated rain dance area is provided. Cons: Although the swimming pool and rain dance area are clean, the pool lacks underwater lighting, and the overall lighting in these areas is limited to basic white focus lights. If you opt for the package that includes meals, food is served quite early. The staff mentions that early service helps them finish cleaning and get to rest. However, during events like boys' parties, flexible meal timings would be more appropriate. The food quality is decent -- it's neither exceptionally good nor strictly average. There is no Wi-Fi available, and mobile network connectivity is poor. If you haven't downloaded your music in advance, you may face difficulties. While the bathrooms are odor-free, several stains are visible. The last 6-7 kilometers leading to the farmhouse pass through village roads and are in poor condition. Travel from Nagpur typically takes around 1.5 hours. Final Verdict: This farmhouse is an excellent choice for family gatherings and friends' outings. To enhance the experience, it would be ideal if they improve the lighting around the pool area and install lights inside the swimming pool. It's advisable to reach the location before dark, as there are no streetlights on the rural roads leading to the property.

Very nice place to relax in weekends and other days also. Good hospitality and food is just awesome. Best place to chill near Nagpur.

Here, we thoroughly enjoyed. We had a delightful experience. The ambience was lovely & very serene. Calming greenery, clean and maintained swimming pool, working rain dance setup, excellent food taste-n-quality, and very soft spoken staffs. What more could one ask for? We will be back again hopefully. Thank you!

1. Staff is not providing proper service plates are not cleaned . 2. Rooms are without Ac 3. Except Swing pool nothing is there 4. In breakfast they have no cutlery or crockery. 5. Pathetic experience at this resort. 6. Rooms shown in picture are not as per actual rooms available

Excellent Indian food! All the arrangements were proper and the booking was very easy. Staff was very cooperative and helpful. The money spent was worth it!

Overall, I have a great experience with the Anaya Farm and resort. Staffs are incredibly helpful and the amenities are great. The room is wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. Food is very tasty and varieties in food. Very close to city

One of the hopeless management I have ever seen. No proper track record of advance paid 8 days ago. Visited yesterday with 8 doctors. Advance paid 1 week before. At time they refused. Mr Avinash a man who took advance from us called himself as a manager, but already left farm house 3 mth back. Swimming pool very unhygienic. Tasteless food. Strictly NOT recommended for couples and family. No privacy of guest maintained.
