Airport Centre Point

We had a great stay ! The rooms are neat, clean , luxurious and have all the necessary amenities such as toiletries, slippers, hair dryer. The suite came with a spacious living room and included a dining area too. The restaurants served amazing food. They serve both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful!

Free pick up and drop to airport. Room is nice, not very spacious but well equipped. AC was a bit low, although we set it to 23C, it cooled only till 25 till morning. Bathroom was nice and clean, shower had good pressure. When we checked in the person at the reception was scolding the person who attends to luggage. At least they should avoid it in front of guests. In the evening restaurant was crowded but not full, service was a bit slow. Overall nice place to stay for the price we pay. Would stay again if needed. WiFi worked well

We stayed for just one night but wow, I am so happy with their hospitality. We had amazing dinner at midnight as our flight was late. A bunch of hungry souls were served fresh, tasty, simple yet delicious food with warm hospitality. And man! You won our heart. Check in was peaceful and stay was good. Breakfast was nice, too. There was good variety of food for all category of people. I will surely recommend this hotel.

Overall, it's good. However, I think there's room for improvement in two key areas: the quality of food and cab facilities. Upgrading these services will greatly enhance the overall experience.

On the way to Prayagraj we have stayed at this hotel. Hotel ambiance was good. We have taken two rooms & at one room , bathroom water mixer was not working & we made it repair (plumber response was quick ) Later again we got same problem & this time we have not reported but been to the next room which we booked and had bath there. We went for breakfast , there the manager who's age might be around 55 was arrogant & when we asked to fill the cup cakes he said that's all we have (this experience we have not come across any hotel till date) & the same person observation toward women is worst.

We went to ACP for Bday Lunch. The food was good . Staff was friendly overall our experience was nice. They should really try improve on the wait time for the food as all ur dishes were considerably taking longer times when they restaurant was not at all busy in the afternoon.
